{ ARTIST STATEMENT }

Art in its variety of forms has always been one of the most inalienable parts of my life. Everyone comes into this world with a mission and mine was meant to be creating images.

I beleive photography is the true art of telling stories. It's like an ultimate book where the true essence lays in atmosphere, mystery, and sensations that stand out between the lines. Photography for me is one of a few mediums which can let an idea overstep the limits of a frame, subordinate all elements into a single whole and make a thrilling adventure out of visual context.

The major theme of my fine-art work is self-portraiture. The primary purpose of the images is to create an independent visual sequence through the chain of associations, comparisons and symbols, where every single image holds its own plot and forms a unique whole with the rest. There is nothing accidental in the context of my self - portraits and even the smallest details play an important part in the overall concept. Airy, minimalist feel, precise compositions and tight cropping are the main characteristics of my images.

We all are the creation of the world around us. That's why I enjoy exploring the beauty of our universe as much as capturing the reflection of my inner feelings and emotions. I look for interactions of infinite shapes and color palettes to reveal the hidden relationships and silent conversations of our planet's intimate existence.
